The breakfast offered a diverse selection! it had options that catered to various tastes. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. They provided useful advice on local attractions. the view of the lake from my room was lovely. It enhanced the overall experience.
The parking arrangement felt somewhat tight considering the room rate. I believe more spacious parking should be available.

comfortable bed friendly staff great breakfast poor maintenance noisy room outdated hotel
the breakfast was quite satisfactory. hotel staff seemed friendly and helpful, i observed. the location allows exploration of the area with ease. i also noticed comfortable beds and nice pillows.
the hotel showed signs of being outdated and poorly maintained. the air conditioner in my room did not work and its fixing caused more issues. i felt disappointed there was no compensation for these problems. my room faced the main road creating noise.

Lovely Surprise by the Lake
clean room lake view comfortable bed nice personnel
I felt charmed with this hotel. They upgraded us to a lake view room. It has a comfortable bed and was very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided. The personnel were so nice to us .
I did notice the furniture seemed dated. This didn't detract much from our overall experience.

The hotel offers parking on site, this is convenient for us as we came by car. The parking availability proved very useful. I noticed there are also picnic tables near the lake.

The hotel staff was very attentive and warm. They gave us suggestions for places to visit. They looked after us attentively the whole time, that was heartwarming. They even offered extra services.
